Ms. Corrie began her training with baton at
the age of 6 and was in  competitions by the
age of 8.  She has earned 4 ME State
Championships and was names Miss Majorette
of ME.  At age 11, she began her dance
education and continued to the competition
team at Alma-Lea's.  Corrie has also been involved with the
pageant circuit where she was crowned Miss ME Hemisphere,
Regal Miss Maine, Miss Topsham Fair and Miss Brunswick.  
Corrie has been teaching for ALDS for many years and in 1998
received her DMA certification and was inducted into the Boston
Chapter of Dance Master's of America.  Miss Corrie resides in
Topsham with her husband, Shane, and her 3 boys.

Jami Racine

Ms. Jami began her dance training at the age of 3 in                                
the Lewiston / Lisbon area. In 1999, she joined our
competition team and has continued as a Gold
, High
Gold& Platinum medal performer. In 2002, Jami
became an assistant teacher and since progressed
t
eaching full-time. In the fall of 2007, Jami was
accepted into the Maine Dance Teachers Club.

She is now working towards her national teaching
certification with Dance Masters Of A
merica
Teacher's Training School in Buffalo, NY completing her 2nd year. Jami
has a great passion to teach & choreograph and loves working with
children. She believes that dance is ever evolving and attends classes &
conventions with master teachers throughout the year.
In recent years
she has trained with many stars of FOX's So You Think You Can Dance.
Miss Jami's involvement in the growth of ALDS over the years has been
extensive and in such, she has been promoted to Assistant Studio
Director.
Miss Jami resides in Auburn.
Alma-Lea started her dance education at the age of 6 in her hometown and continued to
competition levels both regionally and nationally.  In 1997 received her DMA Certification
and was inducted into the Boston Chapter of Dance Masters of America.  Alma-Lea is also an
active member of the Maine Dance Teacher Club.  She has been involved in competitions for
many years with her students bringing home Gold, High Gold & Platinum Awards, Judges
Choice Awards, Outstanding Choreography Awards, National Dance Team Nominations and
several special awards.  Alma-Lea has trained several winning pageant contestants in talent
including Little Miss Maine, Miss Maine and more.   She has inspired many of her students to
continue their dance careers in college or opening studios of there own.  She is also involved
with choreography for East Auburn Baptist Church's "Christmas Spectacular" and "Event"
Productions as well as many children's praise & worship dances.  Alma-Lea is also involved
with many community events such as "Dancing with the Staff" & The Moxie Festival
Performances.   Along with her staff, Alma-Lea is working towards national teaching certifica-
tion with Dance Master's of America's Teachers Training School in Buffalo, NY completing her
2nd year.  Alma-Lea lives in Lisbon with her husband, Colin, and her daughters.
Alma-Lea Pace Coffren

Ms. Jessi started dancing locally at the
age of 2.  After six years, she pursued
her interest in gymnastics until arriving
at ALDS in 1999. Ms. Jessi advanced
quickly to Assistant Teaching and
became a favorite among the young
dancers. Specializing in Acrobatics and
her unique Tap style, Ms. Jessi began her teaching career in
2009 as well as graduating from Capilo School of Hair Design
with a license in cosmetology.  Along with the ALDS staff, she
attends Dance Master's of America's Teacher's Training School
having completed her second year. Ms. Jessi currently resides
with her husband Eric in Lewiston.
As the owner's oldest daughter, Brittany
was born into the ALDS family and began
classes at the age of 2. In 2001 at 8, she
joined the competition team and has
competed regionally & nationally. In 2011
she was invited to Turn it Up Dance
Challenge National Dance Team as a Hip
Hop Soloist. In recent years she has trained

with many stars of FOX's So You Think You Can Dance. She has
been assisting &
demonstrating w/classes for several years.  In June
2010 began her teaching career and has become a favorite among
the youngsters. Brittany is also involved with East Auburn Baptist
Church as a choreographer and a dancer. Brittany is currently
attending University of Southern Maine, Gorham majoring in Media
Studies and Theater. Along with the ALDS staff, Brittany attends
Dance Master's of America's Teacher's Training School having
completed her first year. Brittany resides in Lisbon w
ith her pug

Brittany Pace
Choreographer
Ms. Ashley began her dance training at
the age of 4 at ALDS.  She joined the
first competition dance team at the age
of 7 and evolved into a High Gold solo
performer. She became an asst. teacher
in 2000 and continued her growth and
passion of the art of dance. In 2009,
received an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and
Management from CMCC and this fall will receive a Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration and Small Business
Entrepreneurship from USM. This summer, Ms. Ashley
successfully finished her first year of Teacher Training School
with Dance Masters of America. Her mission is to establish an
opportunity to make a difference and positively influence those
whom she teaches. Ms. Ashley resides in Lewiston.
Ashley Bouyea

Ms. Candace began dancing at ALDS in
1994 at the age of 7. In 1996 she joined
the competition team, competing both
regionally and nationally. In May of 2009,
she graduated from the University of
Maine in Orono with a bachelor’s degree
in Psychology. Ms. Candace works full
time at an elementary school in special education. Dancing and
working with children are her two passions in life. She has also
completed her first year of Teacher Training School with Dance
Master’s of America. Ms. Candace resides with her family in
Lewiston.

Stephanie joined ALDS in 1995                                           
and quickly progressed to                                                     
competition dancer and office                                              
assistant.  After graduation,                                                  
Stephanie attended Champlain                                           
College in Burlington, Vermont                                      
receiving her Bachelors degree in                        
Accounting. She was Senior Accountant at a public
accounting firm in Auburn for five years.  Stephanie
was born and raised in Lewiston where she now lives
with her two children.

Starting her dance career with Alma at                                  
age 4, Stephanie continues to grow and                        
advance as a young artist. In 2005 she                                     
began dancing on the intermediate dance                                  
team competing regionally and nationally.                                   
That year she also began demonstrating                                
for other teachers and was when her                                 
dream of teaching really took off. With the rest of the ALDS
staff, Stephanie attends DMA's Teacher Training School in
Buffalo to become a certified teacher. She attends schooling
at the University of Maine at Farmington with interests in
Commintiy health Sciences and Nutrition. She resides in
Farmignton with her brothers fish "stripes".
