Our Class Guidelines

You did a great job entering the building safely ... now let's get dancing!

Here are a few tips, tricks and steps to take while in dance class with your friends.

These are important to follow to keep our dance studios safe for all!

Prep For Class

Try to arrive no more than 10 minutes before class time and already in your dancewear. Only small dance bags are allowed in the dance studios. No duffle bags, garment bags, etc. Here's what you should pack for dance class:

  • YOUR DANCE SHOES FOR CLASS THAT DAY

  • EXTRA MASK

  • WATER BOTTLE LABELED WITH YOUR NAME

  • EXTRA HAIR TIES

  • EXTRA TIGHTS IF NEEDED

Keep Distanced

We have created visual aids to help our dancers keep distanced during lessons!

When dancers enter the studio for class, they will have a seat on their own designated "logo" with their dance bag and wait for instructions.

Each dancer will also have their own "dance square" on the studio floor plus, our staff will be utilizing smaller groups during lessons.

Sanitize Smart

Dancers should use the provided hand sanitizer during and in between classes. They should also refrain from touching their face and fixing their hair during class.

Our staff will be disinfecting all studio equipment, barres and tumbling mats before and after each use. Our studio floors will be cleaned and sanitized after each class grouping.  We will also be running blue light air purifiers during classes & overnight.

How To Exit

Dancers will put mask on and will be excused from class one by one to eliminate crowding in the waiting area.

Dancers should empty their cubby hole, put on shoes and coat then proceed to the exit being mindful of distancing requirements. Dancers may wait outside at the picnic table or under the tented area. Parents should arrive no more than 10 minutes before class lets out.

STUDENTS 7 YEARS & YOUNGER:

Those that are 7 years old and younger may have ONE parent stay during class in our waiting area. Parents must remain masked while in the building. Siblings, other family members and friends are not able to wait due to CDC guidelines.

STUDENTS 8 YEARS & OLDER:

Those that are 8 years and older should be dropped off and picked up from class to avoid crowding in our waiting area. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early for your class. Parents should arrive for pick up 10 minutes early and utilize the drop-off/pick-up traffic pattern.
