ALDS Dancer

The foundation of ALL styles of dance, ballet is highly recommended for all dancers. Our instructors use Dance Master’s of America syllabus with the Cecchetti ballet method to ensure each dancer proper training at any age or level. Ballet dance promotes self-confidence, improved posture, flexibility, core strength, and spinal alignment. A great low-impact fitness option for adults.

Age is just a number! We offer classes to adults ages 18 to 99 taught by an adult instructor. Whether you are looking to continue your dance training, try something new, or simply just need YOU time... our adult dance classes are the perfect place! These are no-judgement zone, multi-level classes that run from Fall to Spring. We encourage participation in our year-end recital but it's not required. Let's have some FUN!
