COMPANY

Our Company Program is for dancers wishing for a pre-professional level of training with multiple classes throughout the week. This level will not be for everyone, but is necessary for those wishing to pursue dance in the post-secondary or performance levels. For these dancers, this is your sport. Although, some may be able to balance an outside activity, attendance stipulations will apply to this level. Dancers in this program will need to be enrolled in all 3 core classes (Tap/Jazz/Ballet) as well as an additional Company Ballet class on a second day. To be considered for Company, any & all dancers age 8+ (exceptions may apply) will be evaluated by our staff and invited into the program. If a Company dancer decides within the first 2 months that this level of training is not for them, they can switch to the ADVANCED RECREATIONAL II Program without further placement evaluations. All Company dancers will be eligible to audition for the A.L.D.S. Performance & Competition Teams if desired. Competition Team members will be required to attend Company classes, summer training, workshops & conventions as well as the appropriate team rehearsals. This performance opportunity is a personal choice for both dancers & families and requires a strong work ethic and strong dedication to their teams.
